I’m delighted to be a guest lunch speaker tomorrow on the topic of Workplace Bullying at the Intel Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP). ALP is a unique post-MBA leadership development program designed to attract top MBA grads with a passion for technology and who have the potential to be future leaders of Intel.
With the mentorship of influential senior leaders, ALP associates navigate through a series of challenging, vastly diverse, and high-visibility rotations that span the entire company.
After completing the program, associates may return to one of their previous rotation groups, or pursue an opportunity elsewhere within the company at a senior management level.
I’m looking forward to presenting a full-day workshop on Workplace Bullying for the Project Management Institute – Minnesota Chapter on February 27, 2016 in Minneapolis. Come and learn about strategies for coping with project bullying.
